You can map San Andreas, of course.
Download this Map Editor and install it. http://multitheftauto.com/race.html
1.) Download and install it.
2.) Go to your MTA installation folder.
3.) Rename the editor to map_editor
4.) Create a file called maps.
5.) Then make sure the path will be like this:
Disk:\The Path\MTA San Andreas\mods\map_editor\maps
6.) The maps you make will be saved in the maps file in a .map format.
You can convert them to xObjects, CreateObject or w.e. here.
